Navigating student accommodations can be stressful, scary, and you may feel like you have no idea how to properly help a student in need. To help faculty navigate student accommodations at Vet Med, Wendy Stevenson from Student Accessibility Services and Dr. Monica Howard from OASA will be answering all of your student accommodation questions to make you feel more comfortable with this topic in the classroom.
During this lunch seminar they will go over reasonable student accommodations, appropriate ways to engage with a student when they approach you with an accommodation, and other information to better help you navigate student accommodations.
