The program uses an online approach that includes online modules, meetings with educational support staff, a book discussion and reflection, participation in Teaching Development Seminars, peer observations of teaching, and a final project determined by the faculty\u2019s unique teaching needs. As a result of this program, faculty will be able to enhance educational experiences for their students and contribute to the breadth of educational research produced by the College faculty.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"paragraph-widget paragraph-widget--text-html\"><div class=\"text-content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Topics Include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">1.
