Meet Our Team

Dr. Aliye Karabulut-IIgu is the director of the Office of Curricular Assessment and Teaching Support. She has a PhD in Education from Iowa State University. Dr. Karabulut-IIgu manages administration of direct and indirect measures of curricular and student outcomes including surveys, course evaluations, and other college-wide assessments, and faculty development initiatives.

Mr. Jake Ritland serves as the Business Administrator for the Office of Curricular Assessment and Teaching Support, joining the group in 2025. He brings several years’ experience in data collection, project management, and communication skills as well as a broad base of knowledge in support operations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wartburg College.

Divya Suresh serves as the graduate assistant of the Office of Curricular Assessment and Teaching Support. She is a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction student at Iowa State University. She manages the faculty development initiatives.
